Toroidal cores grain oriented

Our company can manufacture and supply grain-oriented silicon iron wound toroidal cores, 0,05 to 0,30 mm thick, in size to customers’ specifications. These toroidal cores can be supplied with the following finishing:

  • Standard – employed by protection of a thermoplastic case.
  • Stiffened with liquid resin – with liquid resin to protect the mangetic performance from copper winding mechanical action.
  • Covered with powdre epoxy resin able to receive the copper winding without any other protection. They can arrive till 140°ᶜ with a dielectric rigidity of about 40-50KV/mm thickness 250 µ.

In order to meet the requirements of a magnetic circuit, we suggest to use where is possible, the following ratio:
